The Purim Carnival is always a fun and simple way to support Temple's Religious School. The Carnival itself is from 11:30 to 1:30. We are still working out the finer details for the event, but will need 6-8 volunteers from 9:00 to 1:30. Volunteer duties will include set-up, serving food, handling payments, clean-up, etc. There's no need to volunteer for the whole shift, just help out when you can. The more volunteers we have the lighter the load is for all.
Our role is to help the Religious School fundraiser by selling food. The teenagers will run all of the carnival games, face painting, awarding fun prizes, putting together the silent auction, and much more! There is no admission fee to enter; passes to buy food and play games are available for purchase at the carnival entrance. Carnival proceeds benefit Camp Dream Street – a 5-day/4-night summer camp for children with physical disabilities.
